Taste of Northeast - RESTAURANTS

Fabulous Food – Marvelous Music – Great Fun!

Calling all restaurants, caterers, and food vendors . . .

You are invited to offer over 2,000 guests some of your fantastic food to taste during the 18th annual Taste of Northeast as they shop the gift market, listen to music, view art, and bid on auction items. In return, your business will be promoted with media advertising, on social media, along with posters and flyers circulated all over North Tarrant County!

We will provide:
· Lots of hungry guests, eager to sample your food
· Selection of booth location at the event – (first ones to return forms and make commitment)
· 10’ x 10’ or 8’ x 12’ booth with skirted serving table and a side/back table
· Restaurant signage
· Trash cans and pick up
· Six (6) vendor passes to the event
Note: There is a $40 charge for electricity – only 110V available

You are asked to provide:
· “Tastes” of your favorite menu items
· Paper and plastic products
· Serving utensils
· Containers for waste water disposal
· Temporary Health Permit
· Auction Item valued at $50 or above
Note: You may bring your own ice however; you may also purchase ice from Hurst Conference Center.

Restaurants will compete for “Best Decorated Booth,” as well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for “Taster’s Choice”, judged by local dignitaries. Create an artistic and tasty masterpiece with your booth and win!

Taste of Northeast benefits Arts Council Northeast‘s outstanding community arts programs in 16 cities in North Tarrant and Southern Denton Counties and awards matching grants for the arts to local individuals, schools, arts organizations, churches, municipalities, and other nonprofit organizations.
