Arts Council Northeast invites you to support our annual fundraising event - the TRIPLE CROWN AFFAIR at LONE STAR PARK on Saturday, May 6, 2017.

We’ll be in Grand Prairie, Texas, from 2-6pm to watch “The Run for the Roses” – the Kentucky Derby, and it will be a great opportunity to promote your business while supporting a good cause. Guests will enjoy a fabulous buffet, and complimentary beer and wine. Live and silent auctions, along with a Derby hat contest, will add to the fun. The event will be in the private Alysheba Ballroom, where attendees will watch the live races from the large terrace and cheer on their favorites as they cross the finish line! The Kentucky Derby will be simulcast live on the televisions in the ballroom.

You can help us in our mission by becoming a sponsor for this event. With a vision of access to the arts for all, our mission is to provide artistic, cultural and educational opportunities to improve the quality of life in our communities. Proceeds will support our ongoing arts programs, such as our new Art on Wheels program for senior citizens centers to have art lessons including an artist kit, lessons twice a month with an art teacher. We expect to expand this to include a Mommy in Waiting program at a local hospital.
