Whether you're an active participant or just actively involved in the appreciation of the arts, this is the place for you. For more than 35 years, Arts Council Northeast has accomplished its mission by providing grants, information, and assistance to artists, arts organizations, and the general public.            With a vision of access to the arts for all, our mission is to provide artistic, cultural, and educational opportunities to improve the quality of life in our communities.
